Information
In October of 1983 Jerry Anderson founded AAA Auto Salvage with two employees. It was located on family-owned land that was shared with a body shop, towing service and impound lot for city and county police tows. In 1989 AAA moved to a twenty-acre site and constructed a 22,000 square foot building. Several years later expansion was needed. In 1998 AAA purchased an additional ten acres next to their existing location and built a 33,000 square foot recycling center employing over 25 people. Today AAA employs over 65 people and looks forward to further expansion.

These awards demonstrate AAA Auto Salvage’s main goals of quality and service.
Quality parts control begins at the purchase of the salvaged vehicle. AAA buys clean vehicles from several auctions. The cars are then inventoried with careful attention to detail such as damage, extra paint thickness and trim levels. An accurate description of parts available is then possible. AAA uses the latest techniques to assure no damage occurs to parts during handling. A 32,000 square foot, high level warehouse provides ample space to manage inventory. During the shipping process, breakable parts are boxed to prevent damage during delivery or at the shop while waiting for use. Our fleet of 12 delivery trucks covers the greater Minneapolis-St. Paul area twice a day, Duluth and St. Cloud and can provide additional emergency service if needed.
Quality of service receives continuing attention from our staff. Eleven salespeople with a combined experience of over 120 years handle the needs of our customers. Our inventory is also available at our website www.aaaparts.com. AAA’s account representatives are in constant contact with our customers ensuring that quality of service is second to none. AAA uses AutoChex for CSI reports. Customers are contacted randomly four times a year. AAA analyzes the information from this survey to ensure that customers’ needs are being met.
